While we encourage buyers to purchase seriously, we accept returns and exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us, and we will either refund the cost of the item or, for exchanges, ship a new item after we have received the one you are returning. We are sorry, but in the event of a return or exchange, we can neither refund shipping costs nor pay for return shipping.

There are limitations to returns on custom orders. Those are handled on a case by case basis.
